NPC factions will operate a bit differently than player ones, with varying levels of power in every district/region rather than being limited to smaller spheres of influence. These ranks can and will change over time via site event choices and characters choosing to invest in a faction's influence in a location.
This chart is basically used to see where player created factions stand in terms of being able to directly contest the canon factions and where, with equal or higher rank meaning that they can get their objectives completed even with the open and active opposition of the NPC faction. In case of ties, the faction with the home base in the district being contested will be the stronger faction in conflicts. This list does not included Organizations, only Factions with hard power and the ability to use force to accomplish their goals. Factions marked with - have went down in influence recently, and factions marked with + have gone up recently.
