TRP is a post-Great War AU RWBY RP set in Mistral City and Haven Academy with no canons, no rank claims, no maidens, and no god interference. We offer a progression system and site-wide events that change the setting based on player actions.

After regaining his composer from the sudden sneak attack Opal quickly adapted changing to a poker face until they were alone. Only after she left did he, at last, deflate in his seat now wondering if this was a good idea. He knew his aunt was a gossip queen and was sure even his sister who was all the way out in the wilds of Mistral would hear about his new “girlfriend” by the end of the day. Having spotted Chloro's reaction during their talk he felt a bit bad about the misunderstanding. It was one thing for him to deal with it, but he didn’t want someone he just met to have to deal with such an awkward situation.
Shaking his head, he held his hand up so Chloro could see. “No, she doesn’t.” Or at least he didn’t believe she did. She was sort of weird in that way, always surprising him with just how much she really knew about subjects. “I’m sorry about this. She can be a bit nosy, but she means well.” He just sighs as he gave his friend time to read but sat back up when she started to sign again. Asking him to pick someone for her as she didn’t know what to get.
Now that he thought about it maybe it was rude of him to put her on the spot like that. Getting up he leans forward closer to the girl to look at the menu with her as he pointed at a few things. “Well then since we’ll in a pub can’t go wrong with a burger. It’s nothing fancy, but it pretty damn good.” He said as his fingers landed on the order, tapping it a few times. It was what he was getting so he could attest to it at least. So, with orders in mind, he waved and quickly put their orders in for burgers.
As they waited, he peeked over at Chloro wondering again about her back. “How your back doing? Is it still hurting?” He asked a bit concern in his voice. The cuts haven’t had been too deep, but still. It never hurt to be too safe with back injuries.
Chloro looked visibly more relaxed when Opal confirmed her concern to say the least, that the aunt didn't know what she was doing with her hands and to her, looked like gibberish and nonsense. It had been a long time since she last cracked out the sign language. Once the aunt moved on, Opal looked defeated in a sense, but Chloro just kept her eyes scanning the pub they were in. It was warm, and strangely homey. Opal helped pick out a few meal choices that he seemed to know that was good as well, so he went with his expert judgement on the situation, picking out the same burger that he went for before leaning back and waiting again.
The boy's concern was well founded, after all she did stumble into his office not one hour ago and here they were. Her back though? It was a more dull, aching pain, one that refused to go away entirely, but one that was crippling. "It aches but I'll get over it. Thank you again." Her eyes then looked down to her hands again, pondering on a few thoughts before pulling out a notepad. Opal was really nice to do all this, and even without questions asked to the incredibly strange questions Chloro had come out with up until now. He should know at least SOME of the reason. Writing her thoughts onto a notepad in a quick fashion, the writing wasn't that great so it was a bit difficult to read. "I'm sorry this has been strange and I've been odd. This is one of my first few times eating inside some sort of diner. I didn't have money or a home until I got to Haven, so I'm still learning things."
