[b]One Sentence Summary of Semblance:[/b] Chloro Smoke has the physical boost semblance of Absolute Unlock which allows the wielder to open any mechanical lock or door, as well as having a constant speed boost whilst active.
[b]Description of Semblance:[/b] Chloro places her hands around a lock or against a door and focuses, allowing her semblance to start unlocking the mechanisms inside to break the lock or door open. Once cracked open, she gains a burst of speed to push further into the site that has been broken into without much time passing.
[b]Drawbacks of Semblance:[/b] Despite being super situational, it also drains aura whilst activated, until deactivated again.
Weapons have however broken due to recentn events, and shall be replaced. For now, just fists.

Name change of combat skill is denied because it breaks application rules by removing what the mechanical benefit for the skill is and making it impossible to know what it does mechanically.

As of the Transition Update for Existing Characters (https://remnantproject.proboards.com/thread/1573/transition-update-existing-characters), I would like to make Chloro the subject of the 250XP one time claim, as well as the Characters under 2500XP gaining 200XP as well

What is left, is an effection, almost instant application of dosages. The concoction is not perfected, as it immediately deals 30% Health and Aura damage on use, but then constantly sends out shockwaves in all directions that disrupt Semblance effectiveness by 1 rank. The range scales with the level of the skill, starting at F range. Downsides of such blast, is that her own semblance gets affected by the blasts as well.
