When swapping over to the new events system, I forgot to put back in a New Player Catchup Bonus.
The bonus itself is going to be pretty simple: Characters made in or after November 2020 with no qualifiers or in or after September 2020 with the qualifier that they have participated in no events in the event system before this and have no transfer XP from previous characters can take advantage of the starter pack that allows them to exchange 100RP for 400XP as a one time bonus. (400% conversion rate.) This experience is not transferred when transferring XP from one character to another.
EDIT: As of 2/14/21 this is outdated and no longer available due to an equal bonus being made.
