Wait, the Kozak's were a paramilitary force? That was definitely not what she was expecting. She just heard they fought for whats right in a sense. Not that they were some mercenary gang. This made Chloro frown slightly as she turned to her scroll, tapping away. She wanted some clarification on this one. "I thought the Kozak's were to help rebuild the Ground District, not some paramilitary force... but yes. That is correct." It was still helping the poor out, which Chloro very much aligned herself with. She did stuff for the poor that she wouldn't for anyone else.
However, the request Sienna made about reading her text history made her slow to a halt for a moment, looking up to her before back to the scroll in her hands. To say she was embarrassed by the entire ordeal ALREADY wasn't enough, this would be like kicking her whilst she was down. She sort of darted her eyes between Sienna and the scroll a few more times before letting a heavy sigh out. She opened up the chat between Bianca and herself, and handed the scroll over. Recent history involves the two talking about the situation Chloro was in, and how "well" it was going, which to say was fucking awfully. Last text to be recieved was Bianca saying "Well better luck next time maybe? If you do more work with her, then maybe?" Later history of the texts would be the ocassional one of texts that mention random things, but none of it connects together and just seem to be strange ramblings.
Meanwhile, Chloro sat on the countertop, holding her head in her hands with embarrassment.

When Chloro actually handed the phone over, she hesitated for a moment. She wasn't sure if she was surprised or not. Refusing would look suspicious, but it would still be reasonable to object a little. Her first instinct was to be more suspicious that she agreed right away, but she knew that was stupid. This was about the only way to clear things up and it's not like she could easily swap out scrolls or something because her eyes had been glued to that thing the entire time. Once it was in her hands, she almost considered not looking at it for that reason. Maybe this should be proof enough. But she knew there would be lingering doubt clouding her judgement if she didn't check this, so she took it and started scrolling through the chat history.
With every line she read, she lowered her head and brought her shoulders closer together. By the end, her face was bright red and she was starting to feel a little light headed. She could no longer feel the chill in the air through the broken windows and her chest felt tight. Considering how terrible she was feeling, she could only imagine how Chloro felt. She took a moment to check time stamps on other conversations to just to clear out any doubt that her brain might make up, but she didn't check the names too closely. Odds were they were fake, but if Chloro was just a normal person who needed weapons for some reason, then there was no reason to invade her privacy further anyway. Once she was done, she handed the scroll back.
"Thank you for doing that," she shakily spoke up with her eyes glued to her shoes. "Sor-- I-- No one's ever said something like that to me. Not seriously anyway."
She started fidgeting with her hands and still found it difficult to make eye contact. With as particular as she was about social niceties, she forced herself to do it anyway. Her eyes still darted away ever few seconds, and they were half hidden by her hood, but that was the best compromise she could reach. After taking another deep breath, she spoke up again, her words slow and deliberate and her voice more audible than before.
"The primary objective of the Kerch Kozaks is to retake the city of Kerch -- the city were a large majority of the members are from. It was attacked recently by a rogue Haven student and is now infested with Grimm. We hope to do it without Huntsmen aid to remind people that they can fight for themselves. So that means arming people and teaching them how to fight. I guess that's where the confusion about weapons came from..." she rubbed the back of her head, thinking out loud. "Helping the Ground District is incidental because that's where we're living right now. And because I'm bad at ignoring people in front of me I guess. I mean, I'd like to do more, but there's only so much you can do at once you know?"
This person seemed confused enough that she figured she should explain. Chloro shouldn't join under false pretenses if she thought the group was something it wasn't. After that, she took another deep breath, and stiffly walked over to the blueprints.
"I'll see what I can do about the weapons. It's not my specialty, but I think I can do it and...The design is interesting."
Once Sienna started shuffling through her scroll, she looked up from behind her hands, only now feeling just how embarrassed and "i want to die" that she should be feeling now. She was looking at the texts she sent to her friends about a cute girl. The cute girl was looking at those texts. The one in question that she asked for help to flirt with. The more she thought, the more it dawned A, just how bad she was at it, and B just how dead she wanted to be now. She took the scroll back once it was offered back and Chloro just scratched her head and chuckled silently in a nervous fashion. Her face was bright red as well, and she kept pinching her own leg to make sure she wasn't asleep and this was a nightmare.
She quickly typed up a message and showed it back. "I don't often joke about things in general, sorry if it caused any distress or problems." Then she listened about what the Kozaks actually are for. Another case of crazy Haven student again. Just how many problems were there in Haven that it was worse than some of the gangs years ago, like damn. She started to feel she joined the wrong place and maybe should've gone for the Kozaks, even if it wasn't actively helping the Ground District. Maybe it could be a prospect for later incase something goes wrong with Haven again. She took a moment to herself to think before Sienna addressed the designs and Chloro smiled for a moment. Not many people compliment her unless she was actively threatening them. "Well, I can give you my number if that helps and then you can keep me updated on what's happening. Also, incase shit goes south anytime soon, would there be a possible chance to join up anyway? Despite it not being what I thought it was initially, it's still what I want to do. Help the poor and make their lives easier."
Letting Sienna read it, Chloro believed that their little "meeting" would be ending soon, so she climbed off the countertop and grabbed her satchel of tools, shouldering it and checking the contents to make sure no bastard managed to take any even though the room was relatively small and open.

"It's okay, you don't need to apologize. You didn't do anything wrong."
Maybe Chloro could have done some things better, but that wasn't a reasonable expectation and she wasn't about to blame anyone for her own paranoia. Her response was not reasonable and there was no justifying it. She waved a hand in front of her chest to dismiss the whole issue.
"Your...phone number?"
She blinked and froze in place at the next message, her mind still fixated on the flirting part rather than the business part. Sienna still had no idea how to feel about this, and her head was still spinning. Didn't people normally ask for the other person's number rather than offering theirs? That's how it was in the movies anyway, and it's not like she had any experience with how this worked. That was how she was thinking until it clicked that they would need to contact each other about the weapons once they were complete. Then she stiffly stood up straight again, her arms practically glued to her sides until she used one to grab her own scroll.
"Yes. Yes! I'll give you mine too in case you have questions or need to request changes. I'll let you know when it's ready so..." she paused and looked down again. "Sorry about all that."
None of her stiffness faded as she picked up the blueprints and started folding them up for transport. She'd have to make sure they looked really nice after all this. Function came first of course, but putting in the extra effort to give them that kind of sparkle people liked seemed like the least she could do. Unfortunately, she had no sense for aesthetics, so she'd have to consult some people on that. If it took too much time she wouldn't worry about it, but otherwise she would put everything she had into this.
After standing around awkwardly for a moment, she felt like she should say something, but she had no idea what. Should she just leave? She did everything she needed to here, but just walking out seemed rude. What else did she normally have to think about for business?
"It'll probably take me a couple of weeks to put all this together. Finding the right materials will take some time. I will keep you updated."
Was that good enough? Her throat was starting to hurt. She really needed something to drink.
Chloro still felt her face burning from the embarrassment as Sienna sort of "palmed" off the issue. Even so, she realised this girl was just as new to the idea as Chloro was, which was both odd but sort of cute? She wasn't too sure what the word was so she'd come back to this later on after she gets the weapons. When the request to exchange numbers came, the red head froze up again for a moment and Chloro could only think she worded it awfully again and fucked it all up, but when the girl spoke, it was seemingly all fine. She thought to herself about the possible prospect of joining the Kozaks, but she pushed that to the side. Deal with the present before anything else.
"Don't worry about it, I made a fool of myself after all. Friends will have a good laugh about this one at my expense." She gave a light awkward smile before she looked to the door and thought for a moment. She should probably get going anyway. Business was done, payment was made and even if it was a free day, she should probably go sort herself out and maybe actually take the day off for once. She still felt sore from that toy attack. Turning back she nodded to Sienna, understandably so it would take some weeks to get the materials. "That's fine by me, thank you for this. It means alot. I'm gunna head off and take the rest of the day off, that toy attack was ass and I'm still sore. Haven't stopped." She let her read the final message, before switching to messaging her and heading for the door, waiting for a moment incase she says anything, then using her semblance to focus and unlock the door with a click, stepping out and closing it again, relocking and walking down the street. She'd also send a quick message to Sienna, maybe hopefully recovering her lost flirt session.
"You look cute blushing."
Pocketing her scroll, she walked off with a light smirk, wondering how she'd take it.

Sienna rubbed the back of her head. Since Chloro was clearly trying to brush the entire thing off with a joke, she was going to let her. She still felt bad, but any further apologizing would only serve to make herself feel better rather than the person she was apologizing to and that was unforgivable. So, she just laughed awkwardly and nodded, letting Chloro head out in peace.
She had to squint to see the last message as Chloro was leaving, but her eyesight was good enough that she could make it out. Her face couldn't get any redder by this point, so she just blinked a few times and looked down once she realized she was staring. She had no idea how she was supposed to take that, so her mind defaulted to a boring politeness. That was supposed to be a compliment right? So there was only one thing to do. Despite that, the words came out slowly and hesitantly.
"Thank...you...?"
Once Chloro was out of sight, she took a deep breath and tried to regain her composure again. She made sure she took everything out of this building so she could start work both on Chloro's weapon and for reclaiming this building and putting it to good use. After a few minutes, she was able to move well enough that it didn't look like she was walking through ice, but her face was still bright red. If anyone asked, she was just going to say she got a sunburn despite having aura. It's not like she showed much skin, so people may not even notice the rest of her wasn't red. Her skin was extremely pale and prone to burning when her aura broke anyway.
