I know you got hate in you. Most do.
Trick is to use it, 'stead of it usin' you.
But you know this. Vengeance is a motivator, not the motive.
Don't hunt 'em 'cause you been wronged.
Hunt 'em 'cause what they did was wrong.
There's a world of difference there, kid.
One makes you selfish. The other makes you a hero.
And I see a hero in you.

Having safely secured the civilians from further physical trauma, Argent glanced over at the small storm within the room again. He was receiving more than a few looks now that the initial shock had worn off, but he ignored them in favor of moving towards his next objective. He nodded to Kishka, seeing that she was safe for the moment, indicating that it was time to begin."I'm going in."
His words were terse as he took a breath to prepare himself, then made his way into the storm of Nicholas' Semblance again. The snake Faunus hugged the side of the room, holding on to the wall to keep himself from being tossed about like Kishka had earlier. He hadn't trained with the male Burzanov in a long time, but he did remember enough about Nicholas' combat to remember that he preferred to fight in close range in a berseker-esque style, that he was prone to high risk aggressive maneuvers, and that his Semblance had a small dead zone around him - approximately the range of one or two of Argent's own daggers. Which meant that theoretically, as long as he timed his lunging right, he would end up within Nicholas' dead zone and not have any issues with it buffeting him around.
Theoretically, at least.
There was an easier way, of course - break Nicholas' Aura, forcing his Semblance into an inactive state. Even with his vision obscured as it was, Argent was a hundred percent certain he could make the shot and shatter Nicholas' Aura before he could respond. However, a multitude of different reasons made that impractical at the moment. There were emergency alerts going off on his Scroll when he'd checked outside, which meant that he would be moving on from this location shortly to render what backup he could. And he would need Kishka along with him - which left only Nicholas to handle the situation here. Leaving him alone without Aura, with a cowardly backstabber who had already shown that he was willing to use whatever means necessary to take revenge on the Burzanov family for some reason, including involving civilians, was something that could only be considered a bad move.
So he moved through the storm, wincing, until he finally came into sight of Nicholas and the perpetrator, who, judging by the lack of Semblance usage, already had his Aura broken - whether it was from his hail mary attack or from Nicholas' own contribution, the snake Faunus couldn't say. What he could say for certain, however, was that a disproportionate amount of force was being used on a target with no means of resisting. He wished he could say he was surprised, but then again, Argent was fully aware, even if newer Haven students weren't, that Nicholas was the type of person for whom that kind of incident was perfectly within character.
Which made this all the more important. Exhaling softly, the snake Faunus pulled himself upright - then launched himself straight into the other white haired male with the assistance of his Semblance. He had never been the most physically strong of people, unlike Nicholas himself - but when he was blind sided by the weight of a near fully grown young man, the difference in physical strength was nowhere near as relevant as it had been otherwise. The two of them careened off the platform and onto the ground, crashing into a nearby batch of furniture. Nicholas' Semblance had gone off from the sudden disruption to his thought process, but he was up on his feet and snarling within moments, clearly not in the best of moods or the clearest of minds. It would have been admirable if it wasn't so infuriating.
"Enough, Nicholas! We need him al-"
Unable to finish his plea for reason, the other male had sprinted for him and had his hands around Argent's neck before he could finish. Very glad that the other's spear wasn't present, the snake Faunus brought his leg up in a kick that pushed Nicholas off of him for the moment, enough to scramble to his feet - and then it was a desperate struggle to avoid the other man's flying fists and kicks before he lost more Aura to a pointless endeavor.
