[font color="7bddd5"][b]Description of Semblance:[/b][/font] The semblance allows Argent to change the trajectory and speed of moving items that he has touched within his area of influence, which currently extends to a range approximately the length of a telephone pole (10-12m). The control lasts until the items leave his area of influence, or he consciously releases them from said control. In battle, Argent makes use of this ability to nock and fire multiple arrows simultaneously or maneuver his projectiles around immediate cover to strike his enemy while remaining hidden from view. While not as convenient to use as the firearms common to nearly every other Hunter, Argent's Semblance can accelerate his arrows until they are strong enough to pierce stone, which somewhat makes up for the lack of offensive power a firearm can provide.
[font color="7bddd5"][b]Drawbacks of Semblance:[/b][/font] [ol type="decimal"] [li]The item must have been physically in contact with Argent's body beforehand. [/li] [li] The portion of Aura drained per use is affected by the mass and number of the item(s) being affected. [/li] [li] The larger the item being affected, the smaller the degree of deviation. For example, Argent can freely manipulate any number of arrows or small throwing weapons, but larger items such as boulders, furniture, and suchlike will only move a few degrees to the direction he intends them to change to. [font color="7bddd5"][b]Description of Semblance:[/b][/font] Whisper of the Wyrm allows Argent to change the trajectory and speed of moving objects that he has touched while they are within his area of influence. While imbued with Whisper, objects will take on a silver glow which shows that they are currently under the effect of the Semblance. This glow fades when control is consciously ceded over the object in question or it leaves the area of influence from Argent himself, the range of which currently extends the approximate length of a semi-truck at 15 to 18 meters. Objects no longer under Whisper’s effect will retain the speed and bearing they had at the moment that the effect is released, but will thenceforth be affected by gravity, air resistance, friction, tailwinds, and other natural forces.
While in battle, Argent commonly uses his Semblance to lend strength to his thrown projectiles and fired arrows, giving them enough power to pierce through soft or thin sheets of metal. Moreover, while in flight, the affected projectiles can arc or snap sharply over and around allies or cover to target specific opponents, which offers flexibility and utility that a firearm cannot provide, albeit at the cost of range and ease of use.
[font color="7bddd5"][b]Drawbacks of Semblance:[/b][/font] Argent must physically touch an object to exert any influence over it, and this influence cannot be reclaimed once it has left his range - for example, if shooting an arrow at high speeds, Argent cannot collect the arrow from where it lands by walking within range, and must physically touch the arrow again before he can affect it once more. Similarly, while Argent can touch any object to tag it as part of his influence, it must be in motion relative to him before he can affect it - for example, if Argent is moving on an airship or car with a default speed of 10 meters per second, that velocity will be his new “default” and all further uses of his Semblance must take that into account. Larger objects are also harder to affect and take more Aura than their smaller brethren, which limit his combat effectiveness to multiple small projectiles rather than large and powerful counterparts.

[font color="7bddd5"][b]Description of Weapons(s):[/b][/font] Subtle Calamity is a spear that can transform into a bow. The spearhead is large and heavy, and can be launched as a ranged projectile via a Dust powered ejection port. It is connected by wire rope which is approximately the length of a small room (5-7m). A small but powerful motor exists in the spearhead, which can pull it back into the shaft after it has been ejected. While the weapon is in bow form, said motor also coils up the "unused" remainder of the wire so that the bowstring can remain taut.

Small motors in the hilt power the extension of minute stabilizers that allow the swords to combine at the hilt into the bow form, as well as locking in position a magnetically guided bowstring that is stored in the hilts of the swords when not in use. When in it's combined form, Ouroboros is almost as tall as Argent is.

While Argent can fire and operate firearms like any other person, he cannot “feel” the interplay between forces like he can for other weapons, as firearms turn stored chemical potential energy into kinetic energy that propels bullets, and thus he cannot factor it into his subconscious calculations, which throws him off.

[font color="7bddd5"][b]Description of Combat Ability:[/b][/font] While living in the wilderness and undergoing some basic training under a Huntsman’s tutelage for a year stripped much of the excess fat from his body and gave him a passing Semblance of combat awareness, Argent was not noticeably fast when first entering Haven Academy, compared to his peers. However, while he has not approached the heights of some of the fastest students at Haven Academy, diligent endurance training and constant combat skirmishing has raised his ability to accelerate noticeably faster than before. Argent can move in short bursts of up to twelve meters per second, and can maintain lower speeds for much longer, and now sits at a comfortable average speed on the roster.
XP spent on skills: (75 x 4) + 200 = 500 XP spent on Semblance: 425 Total XP spent so far: 925. Requesting to move Argent from Beginner to Freshman rank.

New rule: Ability changes only on upgrade. This has gotten insane very quickly with lateral description changes. There have been half a dozen of them, if they're not where you want them to be at this point you can wait for an upgrade.
287 - 200 = 87 XP.
This has also been explained multiple times, but doing it here and in each thread that uses their own math. Your combat XP is 1275 thereabouts, +/- 75 in quick maths. You're only hurting yourself by gimping yourself of several hundred. If anyone told you otherwise, they're both wrong and ignored previous announcements to the contrary.
