TRP is a post-Great War AU RWBY RP set in Mistral City and Haven Academy with no canons, no rank claims, no maidens, and no god interference. We offer a progression system and site-wide events that change the setting based on player actions.
As opposed to most Creatures of Grimm, which have black fur or feathers, a Death Stalker has a jet-black chitinous exoskeleton underneath several large, white, bonelike plates upon its back, which are adorned with red markings. One of the more prominent attributes of this Grimm is the glowing golden stinger on its tail that it sometimes uses as a lure in darker environments. It also has a pair of large pincers that it uses to defend itself and grab or cut into its prey. The Death Stalker's ten red eyes and markings can also glow in the dark when it chooses to reveal itself to its prey.
Behavior:
Their massive pincers are used both to snap for offense and cover for defense, and their giant, glowing stinger is a powerful offensive tool on its own, but for targets without the protection of aura the deadly poison inside is extremely dangerous. The creature has immense strength and durability, and is as big as a full sized trailer home. Death Stalkers are usually combated by licensed huntsmen, but the right group of second- or third-year trainees could take one down if they could abuse its lack of speed and range for long enough to chew through its outer armor.

Abilities (All ranked G unless otherwise noted):
Death Stalker
Strength: C Durability: B Agility: E Speed: E Martial Arts: D
E/C Ranked Venomous Sting: Against targets with aura, this attack simply leaves behind poison that the aura of the target protects the body against extremely effectively and only causes E-ranked damage over two posts in a damage over time effect in addition to whatever damage the stinger did by itself. Against targets without aura, the poison gets injected into the bloodstream and in addition to the damage of the stinger the victim suffers a C-ranked attack from that poison over the course of two posts. Even for Huntsmen, this sting usually entails death if it gets in the bloodstream.
