The wonderful thing about being one of the few professors of Haven Academy that also happens to have a medical license means that Doctor Yuki Haragitanai is entrusted with the medical records of every student and faculty member that is present, or at least whatever medical information is available for these people, as a number of them don't even have records for that matter. Whether this is due to people living in remote villages where medical records don't exist or that they've been forcibly erased is honestly anyone's guess at this point, though honestly Doctor Haragitanai could care less. It was as easy as whipping up a new profile and getting some general information from them, so it was no skin off her back. Everyone had their reasons for being here, including her. Therefore, she didn't question whether or not someone was able to provide their medical records upon enrolling to Haven Academy.

Though it sure as shit made her job easier when she did have some semblance of a medical record so she knew what she was dealing with, and having normal students with actual records is a blessing for her. As per discussed with the Haven Administration, all new students are subject to a routine checkup after they had been well-adjusted to the campus life to ensure that things were running smoothly. It would make more sense to have these routine check-ups closer to the start of the semester, though it wasn't like new students or transfers weren't enrolling throughout the semester. She had to be flexible in order to handle the constant flow of new students, and if it meant having to go out of her way to call down specific students to maintain an alphabetical order, she would do so. It was one of the few things that she could do to keep some semblance of order within her life currently.

The next student she had sent an Administrative message to was a recently enrolled student by the name of Aegle Verdant. Born April 1st, grew up in Devon's Quarry. On the incredibly small and light side of the scale even by females standards. Doctor Haragitanai sat at her desk as she skimmed the information on her Scroll Tablet, pushing her hair to the side and behind her ears. She had taken her butterfly pin off and set it down on the worn metallic desk that was a mess of other things including a computer used to transfer electronic records, a number of office and medical equipment, and an absurd number of physical copies of student health records. It had began to rain recently, so the quiet pattering of rain smacking against the infirmary window that overlooked the Quad filled the empty infirmary.

Many of the students had left for their own missions, which was something that was normal and expected of a school for Huntsmen and Huntresses, and she preferred the quiet over the obnoxious clamoring of talk. That isn't to say that she is an anti-social person, but the stress of having to juggle an outdated and disorganized registry of student records was definitely something that required a smoke break or two. Speaking of which, her mind wandered briefly to a certain white-haired bastard. Doctor Haragitanai wondered if he was doing well. The lad seemed like a real troublemaker but she hadn't seen or heard from him in a while since they had encountered each other in her smoking area. Oh well, she'll give him a good 'ol hit in next time she see's him.

For the time being, Doctor Yuki Haragitanai had nothing else to do except wait for Miss Verdant to show up for her routine schedule that was supposed to start in about a half-hour or so. There's been plenty of students who would be late for valid reasons or outright skip out on the checkup. This usually resulted in two things: The student shows up eventually and apologizes profusely with Doctor Haragitanai dismissing their stuttering messes before getting a move on with the checkup, or she would hunt the poor bastard down and drag them back for the checkup by force. So far, she only had to force them a number of times, but that was due to the small number of hotheaded numbskulls that haven't had a chance to experience Doctor Haragitanai's uh... Convincing methods.

She wasn't sure what kind of person Aegle is, but she hoped that for her sake and the Doctor's, she didn't fall into the crowd of the unruly and cocky latter. The last thing she wanted to do today is go hunting in this weather, but if the situation required so, Doctor Haragitanai had no problem with displaying a bit of her usual 'tough-love'. Besides, her Semblance meant that she could heal any injuries incurred while pummeling the shit out of them.
