There are three training facilities for the three major classes at Haven regardless of year, but the Blue Reserve Class had their training facility burnt to the ground in the Haven Attack of 26AV and is in the process of being repaired.

The dorms suffered moderate damage in the Haven Attack of 26AV, and various rooms and critical systems like the ventilation system are in the process of being repaired. Various temporarily patched holes in the walls and cuts in the walls in the hallways that were simply painted over are other reminders of the event.

The Grand Hall is a spacious building leading up to the headmaster's office which contains a statue of a woman holding up two scales. The interior is colored with greens and browns. Next to the Great Hall are the faculty houses, of which one was burnt to the ground in the murder of Professor Van Sange in the Haven Attack of 26AV. His grave is in the area, and the house has not been rebuilt.

The quad is a large, spacious area in Haven Academy. It is surrounded by forests and there is a fountain at the center of it, with some shrubbery, wooden benches and lamp posts lined along the perimeter. Flanking the quad are two large radio towers in construction by Atlas engineers. The quad leads up to Haven's Grand Hall.

A large forest at the base of the northern end of the mountains and teeming with lesser Grimm that lack the means or power to make it up said mountain. Haven Academy frequently uses this location for wilderness survival training and for supervised practice fighting against various types of Grimm.
