Description of Combat Ability: Years of time spent in the underground street fighting pits of her village along the coast of Menagerie and later on the coastal port city of Shirohoshi have given Slate's Aura and body the ability to take punishment as well as giving it out. The strength of her Aura is equal to that of any second year Huntsman trainee.

Description of Combat Ability: Formerly a fisherman's daughter, Slate spent most of her childhood running along beaches and across fishing barges for some reason or other. With onset of her Semblance, this was enhanced by the ability to augment her speed by creating platforms of air beneath her feet to boost her forward, and this has been honed by both her fighting pit experience and her Haven tutelage to allow her to sprint for short distances in bursts of speed that reach up to 43 km/h.
