Description of Semblance: This semblance enables Bianca to telekinetically move anything comprised of earth, from particles of soil in the air to hardened boulders of this element within a reach of approximately the length of Half a football field, or 45 to 50 meters. And harden her element up to the durability of Carbon Steel.
Bianca makes extensive use of her semblance to alter the environment around her, creating both hazards and projectiles to assault the enemy from multiple sides. She also uses her semblance regularly for day to day task with ease.
Exerting herself, she can make substantial changes to her surroundings, like sinkholes, swamp-like areas and localized dust storms. Needless to be said, this feats of power greatly diminish her aura and leave her tired and aching all over.
Drawbacks of Semblance: Every and all kind of earth being manipulated by her collapses and returns to it's original state immediately upon exiting Bianca's control range or if her aura is broken. No exceptions. Sizable changes on the terrain are expensive and hard to maintain. Every use of the semblance drains aura proportionately to the amount of earth manipulated

Melinoë is a polearm around 160 centimeters long. Made entirely of a metallic alloy and presenting a blade for thrusting and cutting, along a double axehead for slashing attacks.
The spearhead can retract into the shaft at the press of a button. Only to come back out like a pile bunker thanks to a mechanism of gravity and wind dust rails inside the weapon.
The weapon itself is composed of two separate parts.
The bottom part is painted black with carvings and crenelations inside and outside, allowing Bianca’s aura to better traverse the weapon.
The top section is white and smooth. To accommodate most of the weapon’s mechanical components and provide space for the blade to retract into.
With the press of a button, another system of gravity dust chambers pushes the axehead down into the bottom section of the weapon. And separates the polearm into a white short-spear and a black one-handed ax.
Besides this, Bianca has a pair of gravity dust rings that allow her to call back the weapon/s to her hands... As long as they aren’t further than 5 meters away. Purely for flavor.
The weapon counts with internal CADs to protect Bianca from corruption. And some red tassels for cosmetic reasons.
After multiple trials and testings with the help of Chloro Smoke, the weapon is at its finished stage. Having a weight, balance, materials, and overall feel that’s almost the same as Bianca’s old spear. Allowing Bianca to fight at a Huntsman’s level with Melinoë. Being able to break through steel with it.

Description of Non-Combat Ability: After aggressively applying herself to aura studies for more than a year, on top of her already good control of aura in general, Bianca has learned to use her aura to detect the presence of nearby Grimm and living beings on a small area of about 5-7 meters around her. The nature of her semblance and how she extends her control to the earth around her is very similar to the procedure of this ability, so it was only natural that she would learn this eventually, having to be on constant guard during long escort missions seems to have been the catalyst for it.
This is by no means a radar that gives her perfect coordinates of creatures around her. It allows her to sense a person or a Grimm is close when it shouldn't be the case. Maybe a general sense of direction in the best of cases. And that's it. As an extra downside, she cannot access this ability if her aura is fully depleted.
Under no circumstances Bianca can utilize this technique during combat. It requires too much concentration on her part to do so. Likewise, a stealth combat ability completely overrides this one. Heavily inspired in what Lie Ren showcased in the emerald forest in volume 1 and with Tyrian in volume 4.

Description of Combat Ability: Bianca has finally decided to change Nereida’s original design to use the space reserved for the water explosion mechanisms as simple compartment from were a limited amount of small dust grenades can be kept hidden and ready for use.
This dust grenades are engraved in capsules of stone with the intent of letting Bianca telekinetically control them in order to attack her enemies. The grenades are a mixture of water and electricity dust that create a single target attack. The electricity brings the power while the water works as a workaround to not having you use as much raw dust as it would be usually necessary. Allowing the grenades to be compact and inconspicuous.
Although powerful, this attack requires for Bianca to have both enough aura left to use her semblance and have her weapon in hand to release the mechanism that frees the grenades from inside Nereida. If she were to be devoid of aura, the accuracy rank if this ability falls to G rank.
Since the area of effect is so small, Bianca can safely use this grenades even while locked in melee combat without any detriment to herself.
At its current rank. Bianca can only use this ability 2 times per thread. And it takes 2 post to do it's full damage.

Description of Combat Ability: After years of harsh training with her semblance, Bianca has developed the ability to use her manipulated element to create condensed, highly durable weapons in any shape or form she desires without otherwise limiting the regular use of her semblance nor resulting in the same high aura usage of constructing these weapons as any normal manipulator semblance would.
Spears, swords, daggers and axes, and everything in between. Even more abstract things are now at her disposal, like claws to cover her hands and feet, extra limbs forming from her body, blades attaching to her skin, etc. The potential choices are limitless, the ability lets her change her earth onto whatever shape she deems fit, the only limiter is her imagination and the amount of earth she has to work with.
Mechanically, this ability function the same way as any additional instance of damage would so any target affected by it would take D-rank damage (Or roughly the strength of soft metals like bronze) over the course of two posts, with a maximum of 2 uses per thread. Being a damage enhancement, it uses the accuracy value of Bianca’s semblance ability when manipulated by semblance and martial arts when used in hand.

*External drive: To do as much good as possible to make amends for her past. Even if it means sacrificing her own life to achieve it.
She joined Haven both in an effort to earn her freedom and an attempt to atone for her sins. For this reason, she is also known for spending her free time on the outskirts of ground district hunting down grimm or similar things. On Haven itself she takes her training and studies seriously and is always on the look for new learning opportunities. Putting more value on personal growth than quantifiable achievements.
Furthermore, she is almost completely obedient of whatever order the council or Haven could edict. She may don’t like them or their way of doing things, she may even question them openly, but she will obey nevertheless.
*Internal drive: Learning to forgive herself, love herself, take care of herself and carry on with her life.
She’s stressed and overworked. And would like nothing more than to just disconnect herself from everything for a while and simply enjoy the small mercies of life. But the guilt and need to set things straight even beyond what’s logically possible force her to put basically everything and everyone else beyond her own wellbeing.
She will happily jump onto the opportunity of experiencing new things and meeting new people, even if rationalizing it as “necessary resting time and making useful connections” just to have an excuse to relax for a while.
Fears:
Main fear: Being left alone: She’s terrified of the thought of people close to her simply abandoning her. Be it on a spiritual level, a physic level or plainly dying on her.
Secondary fears:
-Failure. She’s afraid of failing the people who put their expectations on her, whether these people exist or not is up to debate.
-Eating avocados, because she legitimately cannot tell if they are rotten or not.
-Smoke dense enough to obscure her faunus vision. Although this is more of an internal freak-out than an externally expressed one, since this will put Bianca into “Fight or Flight” mode almost immediately.
Style of Self-Expression: Bianca Is outgoing and extroverted, but internally sometimes she chastises herself for her behavior. If she fucks up in a social situation, she will try to pretend it didn't happen to see if people didn’t notice or decide to ignore it as well. She’s secretive about her past but really open about pretty much everything else.
More often than not she will try to appear cool and collected, and happy, even if she’s feeling down. This can, and will result in incidents where she just cannot hold it inside any longer and lets it all out at once.
Besides this, Bianca Is very opinionated and not afraid of expressing her ideas, no matter how badly those could make her look, but she doesn’t mind other people having different opinions than here (she kinda likes it)
She is also known to keep going, and going with her tirades. Talking as if her life depended on it. And is a known quality that she doesn’t know when to shut the hell up, and is likely to say things that could put her in a rough spot.
Most Important Thing: The idea of change. Bianca firmly believes in the power of change. That every person, no matter how horrid they have been, can redeem themselves if they really want it. And that even if some crimes cannot be forgiven nor forgotten, everyone deserves, and should be guaranteed a fair opportunity to do as much good as they can to give something back to the world at large. Born to a middle class working family in the Mistralian wind district, the life of Bianca seemed to be destined for a tranquil, peaceful existence in which people getting in her hair about her reptilian tail was supposed to be the worst thing the girl would have to face.
Daughter of a human man and a lizard faunus, Bianca's childhood was one full of love, care and protection from her hard-working parents who instilled in the girl a love for the arts and a strong work ethic and moral compass... Of course, everything changed when the faunus war hit them.
Bianca only had 9 years at the time, but she vividly remembers it as if it had happened yesterday. One day mama and papa where reading her bedtime stories and the other both of them where detained or enlisted themselves to go fight in a strange war against people they didn’t know to achieve some vague victory that never actually felt like one.
The girl was left only with her grandma to wait for a father and a mother that would never come back home. The old crocodile faunus that was her granny took care of her to the best of her capabilities, but sooner rather than later she too succumbed, this time to grief for a daughter that she knew would never see again.
Now utterly alone in the world. The young faunus didn’t last long before falling in the wrong hands. More specifically, on the hands of one of the criminal houses of Mistral.
There she learned the hard way how to be useful, starting with smuggling and courier jobs and finalizing as a full fledged soldier once her talents for battle manifested. There the mobster equipped her with the trusty spear she uses to this day and expected for her to pay every single lien that thing had costed them.
The girl, seeing herself indebted to them even if they were criminals, complied.
Long story short, the band collapsed a certain time later because of conflicts of interest among the members. And now the girl was alone once again.
Hungry and unable to get a job in anything that didn’t involve breaking peoples legs, the now 16 years old took a decision that would change her life forever.
“... Screw it, just screw it all to dust... Hey! Officer!. I want to handle myself in!”
Unbeknownst to her, the act of turning herself in to the police gave her a fair degree of leeway on the court, which after contemplating the facts and crimes committed by the faunus, decided to give her a test period on a juvenile detention center with a possibility of transference to an adult prison if she showed any sign of misconduct during her stay in the institution.
Needless to say, Bianca’s attitude was stellar. To the point that in her 17 birthday she was allowed to resume her training on the premises that she was to apply to the huntsman tests on Haven when she were 18. And a promise of official pardon for her crimes if she managed to become a huntress.
Confronted with the opportunity to be someone for the first time in her life, Bianca resumed her training with renewed strength. And as promised, on her 18 birthday she applied for the test that would change her life.
The combat test was not easy. There were some strong candidates in her group, but in the end Bianca managed to surface victorious in great part for her profound need, for her desperation of getting in into Haven that led her to push herself past beyond her limits.
The psychological test was even harder, but in the end her palpable nervousness and the way she stuttered her words led the selectors to believe that no hidden intentions where instrumental in the young faunus desire to join the institution. More than that, they actually judged that contact with more people her age would likely be just what she needed.
Now a freshman in one of the most prestigious academies in the world, Bianca is ready for the challenge of, for the first time in her life, become a hero.

Even more abstract things are now at her disposal, like claws to cover her hands and feet, extra limbs forming from her body, blades attaching to her skin, etc. The potential choices are limitless, the ability lets her change her earth onto whatever shape she deems fit, the only limiter is her imagination and the amount of earth she has to work with.
Mechanically, this ability function the same way as any additional instance of damage would so any target affected by it would take D-rank damage (Or roughly the strength of soft metals like bronze) over the course of two posts, with a maximum of 2 uses per thread. Being a damage enhancement, it uses the accuracy value of Bianca’s semblance ability when manipulated by semblance and martial arts when used in hand.

Primary Drive:
*External drive: To do as much good as possible to make amends for her past. Even if it means sacrificing her own life to achieve it.
She joined Haven both in an effort to earn her freedom and an attempt to atone for her sins. For this reason, she is also known for spending her free time on the outskirts of ground district hunting down grimm or similar things. On Haven itself she takes her training and studies seriously and is always on the look for new learning opportunities. Putting more value on personal growth than quantifiable achievements.
Furthermore, she is almost completely obedient of whatever order the council or Haven could edict. She may don’t like them or their way of doing things, she may even question them openly, but she will obey nevertheless.
*Internal drive: Learning to forgive herself, love herself, take care of herself and carry on with her life.
She’s stressed and overworked. And would like nothing more than to just disconnect herself from everything for a while and simply enjoy the small mercies of life. But the guilt and need to set things straight even beyond what’s logically possible force her to put basically everything and everyone else beyond her own wellbeing.
She will happily jump onto the opportunity of experiencing new things and meeting new people, even if rationalizing it as “necessary resting time and making useful connections” just to have an excuse to relax for a while.

Main fear: Being left alone: She’s terrified of the thought of people close to her simply abandoning her. Be it on a spiritual level, a physic level or plainly dying on her.
Secondary fears:
-Failure. She’s afraid of failing the people who put their expectations on her, whether these people exist or not is up to debate.
-Eating avocados, because she legitimately cannot tell if they are rotten or not.
-Smoke dense enough to obscure her faunus vision. Although this is more of an internal freak-out than an externally expressed one, since this will put Bianca into “Fight or Flight” mode almost immediately.
Style of Self-Expression: Bianca Is outgoing and extroverted, but internally sometimes she chastises herself for her behavior. If she fucks up in a social situation, she will try to pretend it didn't happen to see if people didn’t notice or decide to ignore it as well. She’s secretive about her past but really open about pretty much everything else.
More often than not she will try to appear cool and collected, and happy, even if she’s feeling down. This can, and will result in incidents where she just cannot hold it inside any longer and lets it all out at once.
Besides this, Bianca Is very opinionated and not afraid of expressing her ideas, no matter how badly those could make her look, but she doesn’t mind other people having different opinions than here (she kinda likes it)
She is also known to keep going, and going with her tirades. Talking as if her life depended on it. And is a known quality that she doesn’t know when to shut the hell up, and is likely to say things that could put her in a rough spot.
Most Important Thing: The idea of change. Bianca firmly believes in the power of change. That every person, no matter how horrid they have been, can redeem themselves if they really want it. And that even if some crimes cannot be forgiven nor forgotten, everyone deserves, and should be guaranteed a fair opportunity to do as much good as they can to give something back to the world at large. If not for the people hurt by them, at least for themselves.
Bianca doesn’t care for who you were before, but for who you currently are. If you’re still acting like an asshole she will call you out for it, but if you are genuinely trying to change, then no matter who you were before, she will give you a chance, and perhaps even more leeway than what your truly deserve, and forgive much than what she really should.
You made the world a shittier place, you don’t get to run scot free with it. You are gonna bust your ass trying to fix things. And she’ll help you along the way to making things at least a little better

Born to a middle class working family in the Mistralian wind district, the life of Bianca seemed to be destined for a tranquil, peaceful existence in which people getting in her hair about her reptilian tail was supposed to be the worst thing the girl would have to face.
Daughter of a human man and a lizard faunus, Bianca's childhood was one full of love, care and protection from her hard-working parents who instilled in the girl a love for the arts and a strong work ethic and moral compass... Of course, everything changed when the faunus war hit them.
Bianca only had 9 years at the time, but she vividly remembers it as if it had happened yesterday. One day mama and papa where reading her bedtime stories and the other both of them where detained or enlisted themselves to go fight in a strange war against people they didn’t know to achieve some vague victory that never actually felt like one.
The girl was left only with her grandma to wait for a father and a mother that would never come back home. The old crocodile faunus that was her granny took care of her to the best of her capabilities, but sooner rather than later she too succumbed, this time to grief for a daughter that she knew would never see again.
Now utterly alone in the world. The young faunus didn’t last long before falling in the wrong hands. More specifically, on the hands of one of the criminal houses of Mistral.
There she learned the hard way how to be useful, starting with smuggling and courier jobs and finalizing as a full fledged soldier once her talents for battle manifested. There the mobster equipped her with the trusty spear she uses to this day and expected for her to pay every single lien that thing had costed them.
The girl, seeing herself indebted to them even if they were criminals, complied.
Long story short, the band collapsed a certain time later because of conflicts of interest among the members. And now the girl was alone once again.
Hungry and unable to get a job in anything that didn’t involve breaking peoples legs, the now 16 years old took a decision that would change her life forever.

Unbeknownst to her, the act of turning herself in to the police gave her a fair degree of leeway on the court, which after contemplating the facts and crimes committed by the faunus, decided to give her a test period on a juvenile detention center with a possibility of transference to an adult prison if she showed any sign of misconduct during her stay in the institution.
Needless to say, Bianca’s attitude was stellar. To the point that in her 17 birthday she was allowed to resume her training on the premises that she was to apply to the huntsman tests on Haven when she were 18. And a promise of official pardon for her crimes if she managed to become a huntress.
Confronted with the opportunity to be someone for the first time in her life, Bianca resumed her training with renewed strength. And as promised, on her 18 birthday she applied for the test that would change her life.
The combat test was not easy. There were some strong candidates in her group, but in the end Bianca managed to surface victorious in great part for her profound need, for her desperation of getting in into Haven that led her to push herself past beyond her limits.
The psychological test was even harder, but in the end her palpable nervousness and the way she stuttered her words led the selectors to believe that no hidden intentions where instrumental in the young faunus desire to join the institution. More than that, they actually judged that contact with more people her age would likely be just what she needed.
Now a freshman in one of the most prestigious academies in the world, Bianca is ready for the challenge of, for the first time in her life, become a hero.
... And she has absolutely no idea of how to do that...
