TRP is a post-Great War AU RWBY RP set in Mistral City and Haven Academy with no canons, no rank claims, no maidens, and no god interference. We offer a progression system and site-wide events that change the setting based on player actions.
General Behavior: These base level street thugs and other garden variety criminals are just normal people. Once they encounter someone with semblance unlocked, they will generally flee the scene and try to evade capture by any means necessary short of serious injury or death. They will only attack someone they know has a semblance or activated aura when outnumbering that person at least three to one, generally speaking. Weaker organizations will be entirely composed of this type of person, as those with aura unlocked tend to get higher paying jobs at more established or rich organizations.

General Behavior: These are the well-paid infantry of the criminal underground. They have better morale than usual street thugs, and are generally better equipped. They have their auras unlocked so will not be afraid to fight someone with aura unlocked, but will also try to outnumber anyone with a semblance by at least three before attacking.

General Behavior: The 15th Street Killers are more aggressive than typical street gangs, and much better equipped. They can be found in various locations, revealed slowly over time throughout the city of Mistral. This can be rerolled for every four members encountered, up to a maximum of twelve members a thread if you attack a base. When dealing with a group of four or more thugs, roll a 1d10 in #bot-commands and ping Wolfe if you get a 7 or higher for a clue. In a group with two enforcers, 4 or higher gets a clue. In a group with a squad leader, you automatically get a clue.

Enforcer (Melee): Only encountered in groups of six or more thugs. Unlocked aura. E rank weapon.F ranks on the following abilities: Durability, Strength, Speed, Agility, and Martial Arts
Enforcer (Ranged): Only encountered in groups of eight or more thugs. Unlocked aura. E rank weapon. F ranks on the following abilities: Durability, Speed, Agility, Marksmanship, and Stamina.
Squad Leader: Only encountered in groups of ten or more thugs. Unlocked aura. E rank weapon. F ranked transformation semblance (Strength/Speed/Durability). F ranks on the following abilities: Agility, Acrobatics, Stamina, Martial Arts, Marksmanship. Carries around one dose of [UNKNOWN DRUG], which is injected into the body at the beginning of combat. This drug enhances their semblance rank by one rank for two posts at the cost of 50% of their health in damage dealt over those two posts. 50% chance for them to have two doses on their person, which when injected raises their semblance rank by two ranks for two posts at the cost of 100% of their health in damage dealt over those two posts.
