Well, let's see what we can do here.
I would like to exchange one EP for 250 XP.
I would also like to claim the Longevity Bonus at Beginner Rank for 600 XP.
Asterion already possesses 83 XP.
250+600+83=933
I would like to spend 425 XP to upgrade Asterion's Semblance from E Rank to D Rank with some flavor change, upgrade his weapon from F Rank to E Rank for 200 XP, the creation of a new F Rank Non-Combat Skill called Farming Expertise for 38 XP, and upgrading Bodybuilder and Motorcycle Enthusiast from F Rank to E Rank for 200 total XP.
933-425-200-38-100-100=70
70 XP remaining.
I have also taken the liberty to fill out the new character template, complete with all of the upgrades already in place, and the necessary changes and new information (aka Vitals) already completed. The new character sheet is in the spoiler at the bottom of this post. This has been done to potentially save Wolfe some work. If you need anything changed, then please let me know, and have a good rest of the day.

Semblance Name Berserker
Rank of Semblance: D
Semblance Type: Transformation
One Sentence Summary of Semblance: Asterion sacrifices some of his mental capacity to enter a fury that briefly increases his combat capabilities in terms of strength, durability, and speed.
Description of Semblance: In as few words as possible, Berserker does what one would naturally assume. In the presence of stress, Asterion is capable of sacrificing his higher mental faculties and reasoning to induce a blood rage that increases his physical capabilities. However, in an effort to make himself less of a threat to his friends and fellow students, he has trained enough to know be able to keep some semblance of control while using Berserker. He is now capable of simple speech, recognizing friend from foe, and keeping a degree of his intelligence and self intact.
His strength is empowered to the point of being able to smash softer metals, along with his body gaining a similar toughness. His speed has increased to, at full tilt, 70 kilometers an hour. This transformation lasts for 4 posts, and has a 3 post cooldown.
Upon entering his Berserker state, the sclera of his eyes turn black, as does the white portion of his aura.
Alongside the physical enhancements this semblance brings, Berserker does also come with a couple of other, minor perks that are not intrinsic to the ability itself. In his enraged state, Asterion is fighting on a combination of primal instinct and basic intelligence. Striking in the middle of dodging and bending his body to strike from odd angles that are hard to predict are staples of this state. Anything that will allow him to cause more damage to his target.
Drawbacks of Semblance: The most glaring drawbacks of Berserker is that it requires stress to activate and removes Asterion's ability to think as rationally. This effectively makes him a beacon for the Grimm, forcing him, in most situations, to become their primary target. While he has learned how to control himself more, he is still more inclined to focus on his job as a damage sponge and damage dealer, meaning that, while he now knows that he can run away from Grimm, he won't in most situations.
The second downside inherent to Berserker is that is wholly exhaustive to use. Whenever Berserker runs out, whether due to meeting its post duration limit or his Aura is depleted, Asterion is too tired to fight for an extended period of time. If Berserker is used for a second time, Asterion will promptly pass out after exiting the frenzied state. This tiring effect can be exasperated by the fact that, while Berserker is active, Asterion will not care about taking damage. He might attempt to dodge attacks he can see or hear coming, but that is an instinctual response. If he can do more damage by not dodging, or attacking during a dodge, Asterion will do it.

Rank of Non-Combat Ability: E
Description of Non-Combat Ability: Due to his intense exercise and training regiments, alongside natural showmanship from his tournament days, this skill allows him to flex and show off feats of strength to entertain others, and to enter bodybuilder and weightlifting competitions. Name of Non-Combat Ability: Motorcycle Enthusiast
Rank of Non-Combat Ability: E
Description of Non-Combat Ability: Asterion has a soft spot for motorcycles and owns one that he keeps parked on the campus. He is fully capable of driving it and maintaining and repairing it. He has begun the process of learning how to improve its performance, though modifying the bike to any large degree is still out of his league. This mechanical and driving knowledge can extend somewhat to other vehicles, but can not nearly be executed as nearly as well when it comes to motorcycles.

Description of Combat Ability: Enter here
Primary Drive: Asterion's major goals in life is to make his parents proud, become a Huntsman, train to be as strong as possible, and work to advance other's acceptance of Faunus. His time in Haven is spent ensuring these goals further through training, studying, and interacting with others. During his time at Haven, Asterion wants to join a decent team and make plenty of friends. As he believes that he is not smart, he generally accepts that many of his decisions are made based on gut reaction, but he is often found contemplating things for decently long periods of time.
Fears: Asterion's major fear is that, despite his efforts, that he won't ever accomplish his goals. Failing to become a Huntsman or accidentally making someone hate Faunus would cause him to panic without a doubt. He also has a fear of losing himself and his morality thanks to his Semblance. Other than those two major fears, he gets spooked when people touch his neck, as it is incredibly sensitive.
Style of Self-Expression: Asterion is, during most situations, rather jovial and kindly. He's usually a giant teddy bear with a booming laugh that loves showing off his strength, bench pressing things or people and letting children or smaller people sit on his shoulders. He's always willing to lend a hand and always the guy who offers to treat people to lunch. Whether he knows someone or not, Asterion is someone that'll just pop up and lend his time to help someone, unless, of course, they directly tell him to leave them alone or that they dislike him. Asterion is smart in many ways. He's great at setting up exercise and training regiments and gauging what they can handle. He's rather intuitive when it comes to understanding people's emotional states. He's even not a half-bad motorcyclist and mechanic. If you call him smart, however, Asterion will laugh and brush off the comment. He does not believe himself to be smart or talented, just someone with higher than average perseverance to get better.
Most Important Thing: Asterion might believe that everyone is equal, and that he would never put someone's life over another. This, however, is a lie. Asterion suffers from a severe bout of nepotism, though he does not realize it. In a time of crisis, he would sooner prioritize the safety and lives of his friends and family than he would those that he doesn't know. While generally, he is kind towards everyone, someone that is around him often would realize the extra levels of attentiveness and care he pays towards those around him for longer.
Growing up as a Faunus in the time before the Faunus War is a life filled with strife and fear. Never knowing if the humans around you would suddenly turn on you for being different. Fretting over if you could make it to the next day if luck or your skills failed you. Questioning your worth constantly due to the jeers and threats of those around you.
Is it any surprise that Asterion had to learn to fight from a young age? His father and mother had both been hired thugs for a smuggling gang in Wind Path, one of the few ways for a Faunus to survive in the time before rights were gained for their people. The fighting experience they gained over the course of their lives and from their position as guards was passed along to their son, who took to training and growth all too well. Minos and Pasiphae Alizarin taught their son many lessons, but one always stuck out to him the most, "Don't be smart. Be strong. Be skilled. Smile and turn your cheek until you just can't take it anymore."
Finding any and all ways to get stronger, Asterion learned to smile through any hardship. Even when opposing gangs would hurt him to send a message to his parents and the gang they belonged to. Even when the crueler of the human children in the town would gang up on him. Even when he spent nights alone, training to take his mind away from when his parents were working. Forcing himself to be jovial and happy was a somewhat effective coping mechanism against the physical and emotional scars.
Eventually, Asterion did any and all odd jobs he could take. All to earn money so he could place an order for weapons. Weapons so he could enter a tournament and get scouted to a Huntsman school. He had no desire to remain in Wind Path and fall into the same life as his parents, or fall even deeper into the world of crime. When his axes were complete, he found the closest local tournament and, with supplies his parents had gifted him with, he left from home to start his own life.
After winning that local tournament, Asterion moved onto other tournaments across the continent. Every victory was hard fought for, and all of his effort was put towards having a Huntsman school find him worthy enough to scout out. When that day eventually came, he was as excited as could be, as it meant his dream was coming closer to fruition. All of the scars he earned in the arenas had paid for themselves.
The entrance exams and subsequent psychological evaluations displayed Asterion as well-meaning and strong, if dangerous when presented with a bad situation, with room for improvement. A diamond in the rough, so to speak. His combat scores were incredibly high, with average scores in terms of academics and the like. While the Academy felt that he would require much work to turn into a first rate Huntsman, he was accepted to be a student.
