Okay so with the site plot redirection I'm also updating character starting XP across the board and instituting a First Character bonus. Existing characters will get XP to help with transition depending on their total XP. Total XP means XP earned, not spent, and those caught trying to misrepresent this forfeit the right to claim this XP. Characters without an IC post in 2021 are not eligible for this, and characters approved after the date of this announcement are not eligible as they already have the XP bonus baked into the character application.
Characters under 1500 total XP will gain 250.
Characters under 2500 total XP will gain 200.
Characters under 5000 total XP will gain 100.
Characters over 5000 total XP will gain nothing.
In addition to this, each player will choose one character to have a slightly reduced version of the First Character Bonus.
This is a one time award of 250XP that goes to one and only one character that the player has control of.
Not a major adjustment, but free XP is free XP.
