Biography
The Mistrallian people have integrity and pride while other kingdoms stumble at such concepts.
>Honor.
The Mistrallian people are resilient in the face of despair and demonstrate bravery where other kingdoms may cower.
>Fortitude.
The Mistrallian people are civilized and modern whereas other kingdoms persist in disorganized chaos.
>Industry.
These things make Mistrallians who they are. And they have been lost to us for too long.
She wasn't old enough to experience the war but old enough to experience it's costs.
Their proposal of a stronger infrastructure system on the continent was a very tempting one. More roads, more investment, more jobs. An ambitious vision that would lead to expansion into unsettled territory. Piroshka was one of many that anticipated the opportunity that such an infrastructure project would bring to Anima.
The sadness she felt then still lingers.
It didn't help when the elites of Mistral, hundreds of miles away from the conflict, held ceremonies to award prestigious medals and honored titles among their fellows. Glory stealing bastards.
That year was the last time when Coalition had a council seat and the year she finally understood the lie that was politics. The kind of people that got elected to office were rarely the kind that had the interests of people like her.
It was all so clear to her that the Monarchists in power held their blood stained hands against their citizens and they would be happy to send loyal Mistrallians to their deaths during war time and content to abandon the common people during peacetime. They were living with a mindset made obsolete by the dissolution of royal rule and had to be removed.
She felt forced to leave after too many police crackdowns of Solidarity meetings, feeling disheartened.
But not before putting a welding torch to a policeman’s face.
She was not going to quit fighting for what she believed in. A Mistral that has the interests of the common people. "Solidarity" wasn't enough. We needed to exercise our "Volition". The Mistrallian elites were parasites and this country needed an exterminator.
And sometimes the only thing that was loud enough was violence.
An offer was made to Piroshka by someone by the name of "Nyx". Over two hours they spoke of politics and action and what needed to be done. Piroshka was full of ambition that needed to be directed and this figure pointed her to a path that would lead to a better, stronger Mistral.
War creates jobs but peace gives rise to freedom. And Piroska desperately wanted to be free.
