I’d like to request a detail change for Happy and Go Lucky as I didn’t much elaborate on them and I’d like to give them a proper description. Happy and Go luck are a paired set of pistol and serrated knife. Both of them don’t have any hidden features but they compensate for this by their simplicity and effectiveness. Happy is a black combat pistol, designed for military use but often seen in the hands of civilians it has been extensively modified to provide better accuracy than the standard model by a contact of Pyre’s however, the engraving was all his own work. This gun has been with him since he first started his job and the words along the barrel represent Pyre’s motto. “By right of strength alone do I rule”
Go Lucky is a serrated combat knife. Not Pyre’s originally, he stole it from an associate of his before they died. The knife however seems perfectly suited to Pyre’s aggressive style of combat. It is short and was designed to cut into flesh and cause wounds deep inside its targets. Pyre took to this weapon readily and carries it in a sheath on his leg always.

Description of Combat Ability: An Assassin should always pride himself on speed and Pyre is no different. Pyre’s combat relies on his speed and so he trains to improve how fast he is even with his cloak and mask hiding his face. [*/code] Upgrading speed!
One Sentence Summary of Semblance: Muting Touch is a manipulation semblance that allows the user to completely mute the sound of one object they touch.
Description of Semblance: Pyre can use his fingers to completely mute the sound of one object that he can touch. He does this by memorising the object’s sound frequency and having his fingers emit a silent frequent to silence it. Louder frequencies are harder to analyse fully, while very quiet things (such as footsteps) would be easier to mask entirely.
Drawbacks of Semblance: Pyre needs to focus on any new frequency he comes into contact with if he wishes to mute it. He cannot mute things he can’t touch and if his hands were somehow incapacitated, he’d have a much tougher time masking any sounds [*/code]
This is a lot of upgrades at once, and a mix of combat and non-combat so I can't do it mentally.
Please do the math alongside the upgrade requests so I can just check it over. I made an explicit second post in the progression template thread to make it more clear that I want that to happen. Not putting a semblance down on an application is generally done when you want to unlock your semblance in character. Doing it immediately before posting with the character defeats the purpose of the character acceptance process in the first place because semblance iteration takes the most time in every application. Essentially, we're at square one. You were advised in the application process of all of this, as well. The way you worded acting is also very similar to persuasion/charisma, an explicitly banned skill under Banned Ability List #10. Your description is just reflavored persuasion.
Semblance also not cleared. This is an ability with no room for growth and no two defined mechanical benefits as required by a manipulator. Creation of what? How does the ability actually improve rather than just being an F rank forever? Look over Guide to Semblances. A semblance with no ability to improve on upgrade, or a skill for that matter with no ability to improve upon upgrade will not be accepted.
The concept was never discussed with staff, and would have been vetoed in concept if it was in the application. Every semblance and ability on the site needs progression potential. It has also come to my attention that all of this was communicated to you by other members before, who also did the math for you in the character creation phase. This means that you got other people to do the math for you, and then attempted to make me duplicate the math again for you even though you already had the information to begin with and simply chose to ignore it and then not share it to actively make me do more work. All of this is thus a repeat of the true information you were given in the past, made no more valid or correct because a staff member said it rather than a member.
